Klaudia Kazimierska, a Polish Olympian entering her junior year at Oregon, took third place in the Brooks women's 800 meters in a lifetime-best 2:00.23 at the Sound Running Sunset Tour presented by Brooks at Occidental College's Jack Kemp Stadium in California. Kazimierska, who is competing in the 1,500 meters for Poland at the Paris Olympics, became only the third all-time collegiate female athlete to run under 2:01 and sub-4:03 in her career.
