Zach Ziemek, a former Wisconsin standout, qualified for his third Olympic team in the men's decathlon by placing second at the U.S. Olympic Team Trials with 8,516 points at Hayward Field in Oregon. Ziemek secured seventh in 2016 in Brazil and finished sixth in 2021 in Japan.
