Timpview UT senior Jane Hedengren sits down with DyeStat's Keenan Gray to talk about her upcoming senior cross country, where she enters the year ranked No. 3 in the DyeStat Preseason Cross Country National Individual Rankings. Hedengren talks about her up and down junior cross country season, featuring a win at the Woodbridge Cross Country Classic in California earlier in the year, a great indoor and outdoor season, highlighted by a national championship win at Nike Outdoor Nationals in the 1-mile, and what she'll expect from herself this senior year.

Hedengren recently announced her commitment to Brigham Young University, joining another class of 2025 member, Zariel Macchia, as the latest runners to sign with head coach Diljeet Taylor and the Cougars.
