Recently retired Duke track and field and cross country coach Norm Ogilvie meets up with DyeStat editor Doug Binder to discuss the shifting landscape of collegiate track and field. The onset of the pandemic has put enormous pressure on the collegiate sports financial model and led to universities cutting sports programs and modifying how they operate. Ogilvie stepped down in April after the NCAA Indoor Championships were halted due to the Coronavirus and he has reflected on what he might do next. In the meantime, he has started writing a book.
