Reigning Michigan Division 1 state champion and Meet of Champions winner Audrey DaDamio, a senior at Ernest W. Seaholm High in Birmingham, joins DyeStat editor Erik Boal to discuss her participation Nov. 21 in the RunningLane National Championships at John Hunt Park in Huntsville, Ala. DaDamio, who placed 18th at Foot Locker Nationals last year in San Diego, Calif., expresses her gratitude for being able to compete in a national-level race this season, along with having the opportunity to square off against two-time Foot Locker All-American Jenna Hutchins, a junior at Science Hill High and a two-time Tennessee Division 1 state champion. She also shares the possibility of racing again Dec. 5 in Tallahassee, Florida or Lubbock, Texas.
