University of California Berkeley student Shyam Kumar, a member of 2017 CIF Division 2 state championship team and Nike Cross Nationals qualifier St. Francis Mountain View, joins DyeStat editor Doug Binder to discuss his app, Pheidi Track, which allows high school athletes to input their track and field PRs and academic details in order to assess compatibility with different colleges and universities. Kumar offers a demonstration of how the app works, including a function that allows uses to send emails to college track coaches. Phedi Track is available at the Apple Store and will soon be available for Android phones as well.
