Trevor Bassitt of Ashland University (Ohio) won the men's 60-meter hurdles at the American Track League No. 2 meet last Sunday, running 7.71 seconds. It was a rare opportunity to showcase his talents on a live national telecast as well as represent his school and NCAA Division 2 athletes. Bassitt is running again in Fayetteville, Ark. this weekend at the American Track League No. 3 meet at Randal Tyson Track Center, and this time will be running the 400 meters.
