University High (San Francisco) coach Carin Marrs joins DyeStat editor Doug Binder to talk about this weekend's Wildwood Running's Bay Area Clinic. The in-person clinic for coaches (Saturday) and athletes (Sunday) will be held at University High and marks the first time it has been located outside Portland. Marrs explains the importance of the Wildwood Running Clinic and how information and discussion about proper fueling, body image, puberty and team culture can make a world of difference for high school female athletes. Marrs led her girls cross country team at University to the CIF Division 5 championship last fall.
