Mason Ferlic of adidas and the Very Nice Track Club joins DyeStat editor Doug Binder to talk about this weekend's Penn Relays at Philadelphia's Franklin Field. Ferlic, who last competed at Penn in 2014 as a University of Michigan sophomore, will compete in the men's steeplechase on Friday night. Ferlic revisits his early 2022 racing schedule and also looks back on his experience at the U.S. Olympic Trials and the Tokyo Games. Ferlic also traces the early stages of his career in the steeplechase and the race that got him started with it. He also discusses his recent road double in Boston, placing fifth in both the the B.A.A. mile and 5K just an hour apart.
