Riley Smith from Buchholz FL, who broke the Millrose Games High School Boys Mile record when he ran 4:05.05, joins Todd Grasley to discuss that achievement and his progress this winter after winning the Florida Class 4A cross country title last fall, but missing out on a chance to go to a national meet. Riley's best time of 4:04.65 is US#5. Riley and some of his teammates will be competing in relays at Nike Indoor Nationals next month at The Armory in New York. He's also planning to compete in the mile.
