JoJo Jourdon from Olympus High in Utah joins DyeStat editor Doug Binder to discuss his remarkable progress over the past year. Jourdon was a surprise winner of Nike Cross Nationals in December and this winter became the first high school boy from Utah -- and 21st overall -- to run a mile in less than four minutes. Jourdon traces the past year and discusses the role of personal coach Dr. Jeff Messer in helping him have success. Jourdon recently broke the Simplot Games record in the 1,600 meters with 4:07.73. Jourdon is getting ready to compete at New Balance Nationals Indoor in Boston in March.
