American Heritage High of Florida coach Greg Barnes and his relay corps of sophomores Brandon Bennett, Braylen Bennett and Zamari Sanders, along with seniors Xavier Lucas and Braden Parris join Todd Grasley of DyeStat to discuss running a 4x200-meter relay state record 1:23.57 on Feb. 16 at the Louie Bing Invitational, a mark that ranks No. 7 in U.S. prep history. Barnes and his student-athletes discuss focusing on the 4x100-meter relay until American Heritage travels in late March to compete at the Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays in Austin.
