Southlake Carroll's Caden Leonard joins DyeStat's Keenan Gray to help preview the upcoming Nike Cross Regional South this Saturday in The Woodlands, Texas, where Leonard hopes to lead his team to another regional title and qualify the program for their 16th Nike Cross Nationals.

Coming off another individual state title at the Texas Cross Country State Championships, Leonard will be one of the favorites in the individual race at Nike Cross Regional South, finishing third overall the year before and is the top returning athlete. 

Leonard talks about his team's chances of pulling off another successful meet to reach Nike Cross Nationals and how they'll respond to tough competition that other Texas schools will present at this meet, especially a pair of other nationally ranked teams.
