Union Catholic XC sophomore Paige Sheppard joins DyeStat editor Doug Binder to discuss her return to NXR Northeast, where she won the championship race last year as a freshman. Sheppard is undefeated this fall and has won back to back championships, New Jersey Groups and Meet of Champions, at Holmdel Park the past two weekends. She leads her team into the regional meet as it seeks a third straight appearance at Nike Cross Nationals. Sheppard was part of Union Catholic's national high school record 4x800 relay team last spring and is a standout on the track, with a personal best of 2:07.11 in the 800 meters and 4:43.38 in the 1,600.
