Rick Baggett coaches the Willamette Striders Track Club out of his indoor facility in Oregon City, Oregon.  Baggett has coached 87 state high school champions in a 37 year span in both Oregon and Washington. His vaulters have held both the Male  National High School Record (Tommy Skipper 18’3”) and Female National Indoor Record (Sara Sasaki 12’8”). In addition to this, he coached David Lemen (Decatholon: 7532 points) and Becky Holiday (pole vault: 14'4") to National Junior College records.
