District of Columbia State Meet Capuano Leads Gonzaga Prep To Fourth Straight DCSAA Title By Mary Albl of DyeStat After winning a team championship and finishing runner-up individually a year ago, Gonzaga College's Cullen Capuano did himself one better on Saturday. At the District of Columbia State Athletic Association Cross Country Championships at Kenilworth Park, Capuano guided Gonzaga College to its fourth straight DCSAA title, and won the 5,000-meter race in 16 minutes, 35.01 seconds. Gonzaga College placed three runners in the top nine to hold off St. John's College, 59-61. In the girls race, Georgetown Visitation Prep sophomore Lili Grant won the race in 19:18.98. St. John's dominated the team race with all five runners finishing in the top 16 to score 41 points. Defending champion Woodrow Wislon was secord with 70 points.
