1 (1). Nico Young, senior, Newbury Park CA: He will go after a second straight CIF Division 2 title this weekend, but is already an early favorite to win the NXN boys race next weekend. 

2 (2). Josh Methner, senior, Hersey IL: He followed his historic state meet performance with a victory at NXR Midwest. Foot Locker Midwest is Saturday.

3 (4). Cole Sprout, senior, Valor Christian CO: He won NXR Southwest for the second year in a row.

4 (5). Evan Holland, senior, Ashland OR: He won his second straight NXR Northwest title.

5 (6). Ryan Schoppe, senior, LaPorte TX: He won the NXR South title and is a serious darkhorse to win NXN.

6 (7). Graydon Morris, senior, Aledo TX: On Saturday at Foot Locker South he seeks to qualify for his fourth trip to San Diego, something only one other high school runner (Jorge Torres) has done.

7 (9). Matt Strangio, senior, Jesuit CA: He'll try to win a second straight CIF Division 1 title on Saturday.

8 (11). Patrick Anderson, senior, Mt Lebanon PA: He's undefeated and a co-favorite in the boys race at Foot Locker Northeast.

9 (12). Gavin Sherry, sophomore, Conard CT: His comes into Foot Locker Northeast also with an unblemished record. 

10 (13). Thomas Boyden, senior, Skyline UT: The long wait continues as he preps for Foot Locker West.

11 (8). Liam Murphy, senior, Allentown NJ: He lost the Group 3 race to Jack Jennings but then rebounded to win the MOC title a week later at Holmdel.

12 (NR). Jack Jennings, senior, West Morris Mendham NJ: He ran the sixth-fastest NJ time in Holmdel history when he beat Murphy in the Group 3 race and led his team to a title. If he can recover from the illness that caused him to finish 14th at the MOC, he could be right next to, or ahead, of Murphy once again.

13 (14). Carter Solomon, senior, Plymouth MI: The undefeated Michigan champion returns to Foot Locker Midwest this weekend.

14 (15) Graham Blanks, senior, Athens Academy GA: He's one of the top entries this weekend at NXR Southeast.

15 (16). Nathan Green, junior, Borah ID: He finished second at NXR Northwest.

16 (18). Caleb Brown, senior, Shelby Senior OH: He was second at NXR Midwest.

17 (17). Daniel O'Brien, senior, Virginia Episcopal VA: He's looking for a return trip to Foot Locker this weekend in the South regional.

18 (NR). Carson Belnap, senior, Stansbury UT: The Utah Class 4A champion was pushing Cole Sprout on the way to second in the NXR Southwest race.

19 (20). Jace Aschbrenner, senior, Newbury Park CA: The best No. 2 in the country will try to help his team win a CIF Division 2 title this weekend in Fresno.

20 (21). Cruz Culpepper, senior, Niwot CO: He finished third at NXR Southwest.

21 (10). Connor Ohlson, senior, Dakota Ridge CO: He was fouth at NXR Southwest.

22 (23). Michael Abeyta, senior, El Paso Hanks TX: He's entered in Foot Locker South this weekend.

23 (24). Robbie Cozean, senior, Xavier CT: He and his team will be running to qualify for NXN at NXR Northeast.  

24 (25). Matthew Farrell, senior, The Loomis Chaffee School CT: He'll be at Foot Locker Northeast, looking for another trip to San Diego.

25 (NR). Sam Lawler, senior, Pittsford Mendon NY: In back to back weeks, he won the New York state meet and Federation titles. 

26 (NR). Aidan Palmer, senior, Franklin OR: The Oregon 6A champion placed third at NXR Northwest. 

27 (NR). Mhalicki Bronson, senior, Defiance OH: He finished third at NXR Midwest. 

28 (29). Evan Bishop, senior, East Grand Rapids MI: He was fouth at NXR Midwest.

29 (22). Wil Smith, senior, Lewis and Clark WA: He was fourth at NXR Northwest. 

30 (NR). Judson Greer, junior, Melissa TX: He finished second at NXR South.
