Texas Signee Elise Cooper Has New Deal With Puma By Doug Binder, DyeStat Editor Photos courtesy Puma In the constantly evolving high school NIL landscape, a new brand, Puma, has signed its first prep track athlete. Elise Cooper of McDonogh School MD, an Olympic Trials qualifier last year in the women's 200 meters, is the company's first American NIL Track & Field Ambassador. Earlier this year, Cooper broke the indoor high school record in the 300 meters when she ran 36.30 at the CIRCUIT: Philly. VIDEO Cooper ran a personal best 52.33 seconds in the 400 meters at the All American Track Classic on April 12. VIDEO She is headed to Texas in the fall. Another of Puma's track athletes, Olympic 100 meters champion Julien Alfred, was a Bowerman Award winner at Texas. More news |
