Iowa Central Community College sophomore Rosalie Fish joins DyeStat editor Doug Binder to discuss her letter-of-intent signing this week with the University of Washington. Fish finished fifth at the NJCAA Half Marathon Championships last November. She is a member of the Muckleshoot and Cowlitz tribes in Washington state and her activism around the issued of Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women has given her a national profile as a human rights activist.
