Vashti Cunningham equaled the world lead in the women's elite invitational high jump by clearing 6-5 (1.96m) on her third attempt at the USATF Golden Games at the Mt. SAC Relays at Hilmer Lodge Stadium in Walnut, Calif. It marked the seventh straight victory for Cunningham in the women's high jump at the Mt. SAC Relays, beginning her junior year in high school and including her national high school record 6-4.50 (1.95m) in 2015, along with 2016 at Cerritos College and 2017-19 at El Camino College.
