Regan Thompson, a sophomore at Castaic High, won the Division 4 girls high jump title with a third-attempt clearance at 5-2 (1.57m) at the CIF-Southern Section finals at Moorpark High. Thompson, the first section champion in school history, also contributed to a fourth-place finish in the 4x400-meter relay in 4:08.24.
