Sisters Anna Prok and Mia Prok of Niwot High in Colorado, members of the six-time Class 4A state champions and last year's Nike Southwest Regional champions and Nike Cross Nationals runner-up lineup, join DyeStat editor Erik Boal to discuss REAL Training competing Nov. 18 in the girls championship race at NXR Southwest at Coyote Run Golf Course at Leisure World in Mesa, Ariz. Both sisters placed in the top 20 last season at NXR Southwest, leading REAL Training to its first regional title with a 67-84 victory against Lone Peak XC from Utah. They both finished in the top 100 at NXN at Glendoveer Golf Course in Oregon to contribute to a second-place finish with 109 points. Anna Prok returned to the Niwot lineup for the first time this season Oct. 28 after recovering from being injured to be one of six athletes on the team, including Mia Prok, to place in the top 10, extending the championship streak by matching the program's all-time record with 20 points in the Class 4A final at Norris Penrose Event Center in Colorado Springs.
