Shelby Frank, a junior at Minnesota, finished runner-up in the women's weight throw final for the second year in a row at the NCAA Division 1 Indoor Championships at the TRACK at New Balance in Boston, Mass. Frank produced a fourth-round effort of 74-5.50 (22.69m) to elevate into second. She achieved a 76-10 (23.42m) mark at last year's final in Albuquerque, N.M.
