High school superstar Sadie Engelhardt sits down with DyeStat's Keenan Gray on the latest episode of DyeStat Discussions to talk about her return to racing and what her outdoor schedule is going to look like over the next couple of months, including her season opener on May 24 at the Sound Running Track Fest at Occidental College in Los Angeles.

Engelhardt talks about her last few months of training while recovering from an Achilles injury that's been bothering her since breaking Mary Cain's high school indoor mile record at the Millrose Games in February. Engelhardt also outlines her next races, along with Sound Running Track Fest, which include appearances at Music City Track Festival on May 30-31 in Cleveland, Tenn., the HOKA Festival of Miles on June 5 in St. Louis, and the Brooks PR Invitational on June 8 in Renton, Wash.

Engelhardt wraps up the conversation while sharing her goals for the summer, what she hopes to accomplish before heading off to North Carolina State in the fall and how her impact on the sport has helped inspire and elevate her competitors at the high school level.
