Addison Wiley, a junior at Huntington North High in Indiana, won the girls mile championship in 4:42.78 at The Outdoor Nationals, presented by Nike, at Hayward Field in Eugene, Ore. Wiley, who ran the fastest time in the country this season at 4:38.14 to elevate to the No. 9 all-time prep competitor, became the first Indiana female athlete to win the mile in meet history.
