What about the St. Joseph Notre Dame boys from California. Division 5 is the only downfall but they beat De La Salle in the combined boys race and are proving to be a tough competitors. Despite being division 5 they should at least be looked at

Rob's probably got it right with where they are ranked. They ran 1:19:01 at the Mt SAC Invite (assuming the scoring/timing was correct for that race) and that makes it difficult to rank them nationally.

The big issue is that they are D5. Competition breeds success, or something like that, and they probably aren't getting enough in that division. If they ran against the fastest teams/competitors when they went to invites, such as Mt SAC, they'd be better off for it. Then again, so would Sarah Baxter, seeing how she would probably have been top-20 in the boys D1/2 individual sweeps race at SAC.

I have kept track of St. Joseph Notre Dame, they just didn't make the cut.

CA#25 and a projected NXN score ~70 points off of making the rankings.
