Performance of the Week, 11/21/16

- Casey Clinger, American Fork UT: The senior ran 14:53 to win the NXR Southwest Championships, leading a 1-2-3 sweep for his team as they went onto win the team title and securing the top spot from the Southwest to NXN.

- Brie Oakley, Grandview CO: The senior dominated the NXR Southwest Championships, running 16:56 in her 21-second win to secure her spot on the start line in Portland.

- Sam Worley, Comal Canyon TX: The senior won for the second week in a row, this time earning a one-second victory over Southlake Carroll's Reed Brown at the NXR South Championships, running 15:10 and earning an individual ticket to NXN.

- London Culbreath, McKinney North TX: The freshman ran 17:33 to win the NXR South Championships over Abilene's Ashton Endsley, winning by nine seconds and guaranteeing her place on the NXN start line.

- Marcelo Rocha, Peabody MA: The senior ran 15:38 at the Massachusetts All State Championships, winning the Division 1 race by 21 seconds.

- Grace Connolly, Natick MA: The sophomore ran 18:27 at the Massachusetts All State Championships, winning the Division 1 race by 58 seconds.

- Elliot Gindi, Ocean Township NJ: The senior won the New Jersey Meet of Champions by six seconds, running 15:45.

- Alyssa Aldridge, Mainland Regional NJ: The junior ran 17:55 at the New Jersey Meet of Champions, winning by 40 seconds.

- Callum Bolger, San Luis Obispo CA: The senior won the Division 4 race at the California Southern Section Finals in 14:26, the fastest time of the day on the 3-mile course at Riverside.

- Claudia Lane, Malibu CA: The sophomore won the Division 4 race at the California Southern Section Finals in 16:30, the fastest time of the day on the 3-mile course by 19 seconds.

- Noah Carey, Guilderland NY: The senior earned a six-second victory at the New York Federation Championships, running 16:06.

- Kelsey Chmiel, Saratoga Springs NY: The sophomore earned a 11-second victory at the New York Federation Championships over North Rockland's Katelyn Tuohy, running 18:10.

- Cooper Teare, St. Joseph Notre Dame CA: The senior repeated as North Coast Section Division 5 boys champion, producing top time on 3-mile Hayward High course with a 14:47.

- Glennis Murphy, Redwood Larkspur CA: The senior ran fastest time at North Coast Section final to win Division 3 girls title, covering 3-mile Hayward High course in 16:56.

- James Mwaura, Lincoln WA: The junior ran 15:25 to win the Nike Borderclash, beating Washington teammate Tibs Proctor by three seconds on the 5k course at the Nike Campus.

- Jordan Oakes, Holy Names Academy WA: The senior earned a one-second victory over Washington teammate Erin Mullins at the Nike Borderclash, running 17:53 for 5k on the Nike Campus.
