Big Performances Highlight the Weekend

Florida sophomore Grant Holloway had a great weekend at the Clemson Invitational. He ran 7.49 seconds, the third-fastest collegiate time over 60-meter hurdles, and helped Florida take the collegiate lead in the 4x400 relay (3:03.49) by running a 45.86 split. 

Butler Community College transfer Andre Ewers ran 6.52 to make his Florida State debut at the Larry Wieczorek Invitational. He took the collegiate lead and and became one of the favorites for the NCAA championships in March.

UTEP sophomore Michael Saruni followed up his collegiate-leading 800-meter performance the week before with a world all-time best performance in the 600 in 1:14.79 at the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Invitational
