Boston Podium Women Desiree Linden, Sarah Sellers and Krista DuChene to Race NYRR New York Mini 10K

The NYRR announced Tuesday that the top three women from the Boston Marathon will race June 9 at the NYRR New York Mini 10K.

Desiree Linden became the first American woman to win the Boston Marathon since 1985. She holds a personal best for 10 kilometers of 33:02 from 2014.

Sarah Sellers finished a surprise second in Boston in her second ever marathon. She holds a 10-kilometer best of 35:33 from 2016. She has never been to New York City before.

Krista DuChene is a Canadian Olympian and masters level athlete. She placed 35th in the 2016 Olympic marathon. DuChene holds a 10-kilometer best of 32:41 from 2014.
