Charges Against Tyrese Cooper Dropped

Tyrese Cooper is free and clear to resume his track career -- and his life -- after multiple felony charges against him this spring were dropped. 

The state of Florida is no long pursuing legal action against Cooper, a star athlete from Norland FL and the Miami Gardens Xpress Track Club, following two separate arrests. STORY
