Montverde Academy FL sprinters Micayah Holland, a senior, and Adaejah Hodge, a junior, join DyeStat's Todd Grasley to discuss their early success in 2023 and the incredible growth of the program at the private K-12 school located near Orlando. Holland ran 7.21 seconds for 60 meters at the Virginia Showcase and Hodge ran 7.24. Those times put both sprinters into the top 10 of all-time, Holland tied at No. 4 and Hodge tied at No. 7.
