The 2019 Illinois Top Times will be broadcast from Illinois Wesleyan University in Bloomington, Illinois on Friday & Saturday, March 22-23 via RunnerSpace.com and will include coverage of all the races begining at 3:00pm on Friday and 9:00am on Saturday Central Daylight Saving Time (Meet Schedule).
