Chase Jackson, who now owns sole possession of both the American indoor and outdoor shot put record, joins DyeStat's Keenan Gray ahead of the USATF Indoor Championships on Saturday and Sunday, Feb. 22-23 from Staten Island, N.Y., to talk about her upcoming 2025 that's already highlighted by an American record from her competition in Poland on Feb. 16.

Jackson breaks down her throw of 20.24 meters to break a tie between her and Michelle Carter for the American record, as well as her experience in Paris at the Olympic Games, what she was able to take away from that competition despite not making the final and how she took that moment as motivation going into 2025 and beyond to prove she remains one of the best shot putters in the world.

Jackson returns to Ocean Breeze Complex for this weekend's USATF Indoor Championships for the first time since 2019, when she won her first national title in shot put before going on to claim another six national titles over the last six years.
