Bullock Wins Three Events At Tennessee HS Indoor Championships, McGhee Edges Burke In Photo-Finish 200

By Doug Binder, DyeStat Editor

Gianna Bullock from Ensworth TC made the most of her opportunities to compete Monday at the Tennessee State HS Indoor Championships in the first meet of a Presidents Day doubleheader at the CrossPlex in Birmingham, Ala.

Bullock swept the 60-meter hurdles (9.15), the high jump (5 feet) and the long jump (18-4).

The unofficial state high school indoor championships presented athletes in Tennessee with a rare chance to compete this winter as nearly every venue in the Volunteer state has been shut down due to the pandemic.

Brentwood Track Club's girls (87 points) and Hardin Valley Academy Track Club's boys (89 points) retained their team titles by healthy margins.
