Weini Kelati, representing Under Armour's Dark Sky Distance team, set an Eritrean national record Saturday in the women's 5,000 meters to place third in 14:58.24 at the Sound Running Invite in Orange County, Calif. Kelati had run 15:13.12 on Feb. 27 at the Trials of Miles Texas Qualifier in Austin, before returning to Calfornia to compete at the same venue where she achieved another Eritrean national record 31:10.08 on Dec. 5 at the Sound Running Track Meet.
