IAAF World Indoor Championship Performances Highlight This Week's Performance of the Week List

The eyes of the world focused on Birmingham, U.K., for the IAAF World Indoor Championships. We saw world indoor records, championship records and other top performances. View the choices and vote for this week's DyeStat Performance of the Week!

Note: Voting closes at the end of the day Monday and we'll announce this week's winner Tuesday.

Christian Coleman: The world indoor record holder cemented his position as top 60-meter sprinter with a gold-medal performance at the IAAF World Indoor Championships, running 6.37 seconds, giving him the three fastest results in history.

Genzebe Dibaba: The Ethiopian distance runner became only the second female athlete to win the 3,000 and 1,500 meters at the same IAAF World Indoor Championship, running 8:45.05 and 4:05.27, respectively.

Juan Miguel Echevarria: The Cuban jumper became the youngest men's field event winner in IAAF World Indoor Championships history, winning the gold medal in the long jump with a leap of 27-9.25 (8.46m).

Keni Harrison: The world 100-meter hurdles record holder equaled the American record in the 60-meter hurdles in her gold medal win at the IAAF World Indoor Championships, running 7.70 seconds.

Tyson Jones: The high school senior from Desert Edge AZ broke the 1958 Arizona state record in the shot put at the Buckeye Invitational with a mark of 69-6.50 (21.19m).

Devin King: The SE Louisiana senior, who redshirted the indoor season, opened his outdoor season with a pole vault clearance of 18-8.25 (5.70m) at the Tulane Early Bird Invitational.

Sandi Morris: The World and Olympic silver medalist in the pole vault captured her first global gold medal at the IAAF World Indoor Championships with a championship record clearance of 16-2.75 (4.95m).

Courtney Okolo: The USATF Indoor champion at 400 meters won at the IAAF World Indoor Championships, running a personal-best 50.55. She won by nearly a second to become the No. 4 indoor performer in American history.

Poland Men: The quartet of Karol Zalewski, Rafal Omelco, Lukasz Krawczuk and Jakub Krzewina broke the world indoor record in the 4x400 relay at the IAAF World Indoor Championships, running 3:01.77.

Katelyn Tuohy: The high school standout from North Rockland NY broke her indoor sophomore class record in the 1,500 meters at the New York State Indoor Championships, running 4:23.38.

USA Women: The quartet of Quanera HayesGeorganne MolineShakima Wimbley and Courtney Okolo broke the championship record in the 4x400 relay at the IAAF World Indoor Championships, running 3:23.85, the second-fastest indoor time in history.

Tomas Walsh: The New Zealand thrower won the shot put at the IAAF World Indoor Championships, defending his 2016 World Indoor title with a championship record mark of 73-2.50 (22.31m), making him the No. 4 all-time indoor performer.
